This Privacy Policy explains how Teaseee ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use our website, mobile experience, and related services (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account info: email, display name, username, profile photo, language preference, and authentication identifiers (e.g. Google sign-in).
- User content: characters you create, messages you send to AI characters, preferences (including 18+ content opt-in).
- Usage data: device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, interactions, approximate location derived from IP.
- Payment data: processed by our payment processor (Razorpay). We do not store full card details.

2. How we use information
- To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
- To personalize content and recommendations.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.

3. AI processing
Messages you send to AI characters are processed by third-party large language model providers in order to generate responses. We do not sell your conversations. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve safety and quality.

We share information only with: (a) service providers (hosting, analytics, payments, AI inference) bound by confidentiality; (b) authorities when legally required; (c) successors in a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.
5. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under GDPR and the Indian DPDP Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Children
Teaseee is strictly for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging). No system is 100% secure; please use a strong password and protect your account.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
