1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Teaseee. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18+ and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. The nature of the service
Teaseee offers AI-generated personas for entertainment and companionship. All characters are fictional. Conversations are produced by large language models and may contain inaccurate, outdated, or fabricated information. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that sexualizes minors, real identifiable persons without consent, or non-consenting individuals.
- Generate content depicting real-world violence, terrorism, self-harm instructions, or illegal acts.
- Harass, defame, threaten, or impersonate any person.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs commercially without permission.

5. User content & license
You retain ownership of characters and prompts you create. By submitting content, you grant Teaseee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service.
6. Subscriptions, credits & payments
Paid plans and message credits are billed via Razorpay. Recurring subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Teaseee and protected by applicable laws.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEASEEE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR INR 1,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Teaseee harmless from claims arising out of your content or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
