Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, message credits, refunds, and cancellations work on Teaseee.

1. Subscriptions

  • Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partially used subscription periods.

2. Message credits

  • Message credits are one-time digital purchases consumed as you chat.
  • Once credits have been delivered to your account, the purchase is non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire while your account is active.

3. Eligible refund cases

We will issue a refund to the original payment method when:

  • You were charged in error or charged twice for the same purchase.
  • A technical fault on our side prevented you from using a paid feature, and we are unable to resolve it within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are required under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@teaseeenow.com within 7 days of the charge with your registered email and the transaction reference. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Razorpay back to the original method.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Disputed accounts may be temporarily suspended pending review.

6. Account termination by us

If we terminate your account for breach of our Terms, no refund will be issued.
